Artic is the best tumbler I have ever owned. Temp (hot or cold) holds for such a long time. The personalized graphics are exceptional! But even better than the product is the excellent customer service offered by Metal Depot. After placing my order I changed my mind. They were wonderful in helping me decide what I wanted, followed up to make sure I was happy with the change, and kept me informed. So many businesses have pushed the importance of customer service to the bottom of the list. It is evident it is still their priority.
